At first, select a background image under a background layer. Create a new layer. Change the layer mode from ‘Normal’ to ‘Soft Light.’ Select ‘Brush Tool’ and change foreground color to ‘Brown’ supposedly. Select the brush size and paint it to the hair where you feel is needed or do it in full. Make some adjustments in either hue or saturation after creating ‘Clipping Mask.’ That sums up the whole process.
