It is much better when one does this through using ‘Clone Stamp Tool.’ Select a background image under a layer. Create a new layer. Now while using clone stamp tool. Make sure that you use several angles of an image. It will do that quite well. The only thing that can bother you is probably the hair. In that case, select ‘Quick Selection Tool’ to select the hair. Go to quick mask tool and make sure that selected areas are selected. It makes sure that you only blocking down the hair. Then, you just need to masking over it. While the hair is selected, you can use clone stamp tool to clone the unwanted portion of an image.  That sums up the whole procedure.
