Images are the first thing a shopper judges and the first thing Amazon checks. These are the five problems we fix most often for Amazon sellers.
The risk. A grey corner, an off-white fill or a slight color cast on the main image can fail Amazon's automated check and pull the listing from search.
Our fix. A hand-drawn clipping path and a clean RGB 255 white fill.
The risk. A product that fills less than 85% of the canvas, or touches the edge, gets flagged and looks weak next to competitors.
Our fix. Re-cropped to a square canvas with an even margin on every side.
The risk. Colorways shot on different days, with different lighting and framing, make one listing look like three brands.
Our fix. Matched framing, shadow and color across every variation.
The risk. Seasonal peaks and sale events leave no room for a week-long edit queue.
Our fix. 20-hour overnight delivery included, with rush options down to 1 hour.
The risk. Dull lifestyle shots, dusty close-ups and unreadable infographic text lose the shopper after the click.
Our fix. Retouching, infographic prep and A+ Content crops built for mobile screens.
From the pure white main image to A+ Content, one team edits every image in your listing to the same standard.
Hand-drawn clipping paths, pure white RGB 255 backgrounds and 85% frame fill. Product only, with no props, text or badges.
Clipping path service ›
Retouched cutouts, matched shadows and mobile-legible sizing, finished into your infographic template so callouts and text drop in clean.
Images cropped and formatted to the module sizes shown in Seller Central for Basic and Premium A+ Content, with consistent margins in every module.
Balanced light, removed distractions and clean product edges, including glass, fabric and other soft edges that need more than a simple cutout.
Photoshop masking ›
Dust, scratches, wrinkles and glare removed while texture and material stay true to the real product, even under Amazon's zoom.
Product retouching ›
Colors matched to your product swatch or reference photo, so what arrives at the customer's door looks like what was pictured.
Natural drop or reflection shadows keep products grounded instead of floating, while backgrounds stay pure white where the rules require it.
Separate paths for every color, panel and trim, so one shoot becomes a full set of colorways with identical framing.
Multiple clipping path ›
2,000 x 2,000 px sRGB JPEGs under 10 MB, named by ASIN and view code, in organized folders. Layered PSD or TIFF on request.
Amazon image requirements ›Send one listing and we'll tell you what to fix, and what to leave alone.
Amazon lets you upload up to nine images per listing, and you should use all of them. Here is the set to plan before you launch a product, and the checks every file should pass before you upload.
| Slot | Image | What it does | What we do |
|---|---|---|---|
| MAIN | Product on pure white | Earns the click in search. RGB 255 white, product fills at least 85% of the frame, product only. | Clipping path, white fill, 85% re-crop |
| PT01 | Alternate angle | Back, side or top view so shoppers can judge the whole product. | Cutout with matched framing |
| PT02 | Detail close-up | Material, stitching, finish or ports, sharp at zoom. | Retouching, dust and spot removal |
| PT03 | Feature infographic | Three to five key benefits with short callouts that stay legible on a phone. | Infographic prep and finishing |
| PT04 | Size and scale | Dimensions, or the product beside a familiar object. | Cutout and scale layout finishing |
| PT05 | Lifestyle in use | The product in a real setting, showing who it is for. | Lifestyle enhancement, color correction |
| PT06 | What's in the box | Every included item, and the exact bundle quantity. | Multiple clipping path, shadow matching |
| PT07 | Variations | Colors, sizes or styles side by side. | Recolor and color matching |
| PT08 | Brand or guarantee panel | Warranty, care instructions or certifications you can back up. | A+ style crop and formatting |
Category style guides can add rules on top of these. Check yours in Seller Central before a large upload, and see our Amazon image requirements guide for the full breakdown.

Speed means little if a file gets rejected. Each image passes the same three checks, so what you upload is what you meant to upload.
A trained editor draws and finishes each image by hand, to your spec and your reference images.
A senior reviewer checks edge quality, color and consistency against your reference and the rest of the batch.
A final pass against Amazon's image rules: background value, frame fill, pixel size, file format and file name.
We edit your product photos so they meet Amazon's image rules and sell better. That means hand-drawn clipping paths, a pure white RGB 255 background on the main image, correct framing, retouching, color correction, shadows, A+ Content crops and upload-ready file delivery.
The background must be pure white (RGB 255, 255, 255), the product should fill at least 85% of the frame, and only the product that ships in the box should appear, with no text, logos, badges or watermarks. Images should be at least 1,000 px on the longest side, and we recommend 2,000 px. Category style guides can add rules, so send us your category and we will work to it.
We check every image against Amazon's published image requirements before delivery: background value, frame fill, pixel size, file format and file name. Amazon makes the final call and rules can vary by category and change over time, so we work from your category guide and fix anything you flag for free.
We prepare and finish the images. That means retouched cutouts, matched shadows, correct sizing and crops to the A+ Content module sizes shown in Seller Central. If you have an infographic template or reference, we apply it to your images. If you need layouts designed from scratch, mention it in your quote request and we will confirm scope.
Yes. We agree margins, shadow style and color references before production, then apply them to every image in every batch. Separate paths for each color and part let us produce matched colorway images from a single shoot.
48-hour and 20-hour overnight delivery are included. When a launch can't wait, 10-hour, 4-hour and 1-hour rush options are available for a surcharge. See the pricing page for the current rates.
By default, sRGB JPEGs under 10 MB on a 2,000 x 2,000 px square canvas, named by ASIN and view code, for example B0XXXXXXXX.MAIN.jpg, then PT01 and PT02. Layered PSD, TIFF, transparent PNG or path-only files are available on request at no extra cost.
No. Every clipping path is drawn by hand by a trained editor and passes a 3-step quality check. Automated tools often leave halos and soft edges that show up under Amazon's zoom, which is why we do not rely on them for final output.
Pricing is per image and depends on complexity, with add-ons like shadows and color correction priced per image too. See our pricing page for details, or test us on 3 images free and get a quote for your full catalog.
Revisions are free. You own 100% of every delivered file for commercial use, and we sign an NDA on request before your files move.
